ABOUT AIA PAMA
It all began with a vision.
The Agency Managers of AIA Philippines, formerly known as Philam Life, sought to uplift both managers and the agency force as a whole.
On August 21, 2017, this vision led to the establishment of the AIA Philam Life Agency Managers Association (AIA PAMA), dedicated to empowering and strengthening the agency force.
Under the leadership of our first president, Anna Blanco, we committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning, best practice sharing, and collaboration with AIA Philippines’ head office to enhance agency platforms.
AIA PAMA originated from an informal group known as The Managers’ Council, which included notable leaders such as Mgr. Isagani Antonio, Mgr. Lulu Del Mundo, Mgr. Henry Capule, and Mgr. Rey Mortel.
These pioneers played a pivotal role in driving positive change, laying the foundation for a strong support system that continues to thrive today.

PAMA Kapihan
This quarterly online event serves as a platform for agency leaders to come together and share their best practices on recruitment and management.
Each session features esteemed speakers who offer insights and strategies that can be implemented within agencies.
The PAMA Kapihan fosters a sense of community among members, allowing them to learn from one another’s experiences and expertise.
Agency Collaboration Committee Meeting
Held monthly, these meetings facilitate open dialogue between our agency managers and the executive officers of AIA Philippines.
During these sessions, we discuss the company’s major programs and explore collaborative methods to improve our systems and compensation structures.
This ongoing communication ensures that the voices of agency managers are heard and considered in decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to the betterment of the company and its agents.
